- I/We (hereafter called the User) hereby declare that all
text, photos, data, information, graphics or any content
submitted whatsoever are the sole property of Baby HunnyPot
LLC. (hereafter called the Company) and is to be utilized as
deemed necessary by the Company;
- The User agrees that the following information is true,
neither libelous nor fraudulent and is the User's property,
not infringing on copyright, trademarks, right of publicity,
or other proprietary right of any third party;

The User
understands that uploading or use of any of the following
material - pornographic, illegal activities, animal cruelty,
child abuse, racial content, or any other content that the
Company feels is offensive
- will
result in immediate deletion of the User's submission and
termination of their membership with the Company;

The User
agrees that if they come across material that they
believe to be of this nature to report it to the Company
immediately;

The Company has the right to add or
modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users are
responsible for reviewing these regularly to remain updated on
current policies. The Company reserves the right to refuse
membership to any of its users that may violate its terms or
policies that are written or otherwise implied.
